TO MAKE A RESERVATION:

Use our Reservation Request Form to provide us with your reservation details and we will hold your requested dates if available. A $500 deposit will then confirm your reservation.

Changes:

Reservation dates may be changed (subject to availability) with no charge or loss of deposit. After checking our availability calendar, contact us at relax@eastcoastescape.ca or (902) 482-8384 to discuss alternate dates.

Cancellations:

In the event of a cancellation, our refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations 60 days before arrival receive a full refund.
• Cancellations less than 60 days in advance receive a full refund if we are able to re-rent the property and do not incur additional expenses; full refund less 10% of rental fee if additional marketing is required; and no refund of deposit if the reservation dates are not re-booked.

Pets:

Regrettably, due to the extra wear and tear as well as cleaning time and expense, we no longer allow pets at Seascape Chalet. We are truly sad to have to change our decades-long policy. If you will be visiting PEI with a pet, please choose accommodations elsewhere.

Check-in and check-out:

Check-in time is 4pm; check-out is 10am. Our turnaround day is Saturday.
